State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 3) 2015

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order (No. 3) 2015 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 July 2015.

3.   Amalgamation

Racing Services Tasmania, part of the Department of State Growth, is amalgamated with the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
