I make the following notice under section 81(1) of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This notice may be cited as the Guardianship and Administration (Corresponding Law) Notice 2014 .

2.   Commencement

This notice takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Corresponding law

The Mental Capacity Act 2005 of the United Kingdom is declared to be a corresponding law for the purposes of section 81 of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1995 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
