Proclamation under the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Registration to Work with Vulnerable People Act 2013 fix 1 July 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
