State Service (Restructuring) Order 2014

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2014 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 10 April 2014.

3.   Amalgamation of Government departments

The Government Contact Centre of TMD, part of the Department of Premier and Cabinet, is amalgamated with the Department of Primary Industries, Parks, Water and Environment.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
