Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Amendment Order 2014

I make the following order under section 59A of the Poisons Act 1971 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Amendment Order 2014 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Poisons (Prescribed Periods) Order 2009 .
