Local Government Order (No. 2) 2014

I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government Order (No. 2) 2014 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Transfer of land to Clarence City Council

The land situated at 60 Belbins Road, Lindisfarne in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 214768, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Clarence City Council.
