Proclamation under the Youth Justice (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Youth Justice (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013 fix 1 March 2014 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, except sections 18, 19 and 44, commence.
