Proclamation under the Local Government (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2013 fix 7 February 2014 as the day on which Part 4 of that Act commences.
