Local Government Order 2014

I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2014 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Transfer of land to Flinders Council

(1)  The land situated at Cape Barren Island in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 211480, Folio 76 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Flinders Council.

(2)  The land situated at Cape Barren Island in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 202146, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Flinders Council.

(3)  The land situated at Cape Barren Island in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 200144, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Flinders Council.

(4)  The land situated at Cape Barren Island in Tasmania, comprised in Volume 211784, Folio 1 of the Register kept under section 33 of the Land Titles Act 1980 , is transferred to the Flinders Council.
