Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2013
I make the following order under section 36 of the Economic Regulator Act 2009 .

This order may be cited as the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Amendment Order 2013 .
This order takes effect 61 days after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
In this order, the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2009 is referred to as the Principal Order.
The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Government Prices Oversight (MAIB Premiums) Order 2009 .
