Proclamation under the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Vexatious Proceedings Act 2011 fix 1 March 2013 as the day on which that Act commences.
