Dog Control Amendment Order 2013

I make the following order under section 15A(2)(b) of the Dog Control Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Dog Control Amendment Order 2013 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 1 February 2013.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Dog Control Order 2011 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Dog Control Order 2011 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
