Proclamation under the Irrigation Company Act 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, by this my proclamation made under section 42 of the Irrigation Company Act 2011 fix 26 October 2012 as the day on which the Rivers and Water Supply Commission Act 1999 is repealed and the Proclamation under the Rivers and Water Supply Commission Act 1999 is revoked.
