Proclamation under the Business Names Registration (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Business Names Registration (Transitional and Consequential Provisions) Act 2011 fix 28 May 2012 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 1 , 2 , 3 , 6 and 10 , and Schedule 1 , commence.
