Proclamation under the Tasmanian Health Organisations Act 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Tasmanian Health Organisations Act 2011 fix 1 July 2012 as the day on which commence the provisions of that Act that have not already commenced.
