Proclamation under the Personal Property Securities (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(2) of the Personal Property Securities (Commonwealth Powers) Act 2010 fix 30 January 2012 as the day on which sections 8(2) and (3) of that Act commence.
