Proclamation under the Asbestos-Related Diseases (Occupational Exposure) Compensation Act 2011
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Asbestos-Related Diseases (Occupational Exposure) Compensation Act 2011 fix 31 October 2011 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
