Local Government Order 2011
I make the following order under section 137(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2011 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Transfer of land to Northern Midlands Council
The land situated at 24 Mary Street, Perth in Tasmania comprised in General Law Conveyance Number 8/3966 is transferred to the Northern Midlands Council.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
