Water and Sewerage Industry Declaration Order 2011

I make the following order under section 31(1) of the Water and Sewerage Industry Act 2008 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Water and Sewerage Industry Declaration Order 2011 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Declaration

(1)  The activity of providing a service for the collection or use of stormwater is declared to not be a regulated activity.

(2)  The activity of providing a service for the recycling of water is declared to not be a regulated activity.

(3)  The activity of providing a service for the re-use of water is declared to not be a regulated activity.

(4)  Subclauses (1) , (2) and (3) apply in relation to a service whether or not the service is provided through infrastructure that is used for the collection of sewage.
