Proclamation under the Relationships Amendment (Recognition of Registered Relationships) Act 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Relationships Amendment (Recognition of Registered Relationships) Act 2010 fix 1 April 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
