Proclamation under the Poisons Amendment (Midwives) Act 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Poisons Amendment (Midwives) Act 2010 fix 1 January 2011 as the day on which that Act commences.
