Local Government (Copping Refuse Disposal Site Joint Authority) Order 2010
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 39B of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Copping Refuse Disposal Site Joint Authority) Order 2010 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Declaration of applicable authority
The Copping Refuse Disposal Site Joint Authority is declared to be an authority to which Part 3A of the Local Government Act 1993 applies.
Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
