Proclamation under the Integrity Commission Act 2009

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Integrity Commission Act 2009 fix –

(a) 1 December 2010 as the day on which section 11 of that Act commences; and

(b) 1 October 2010 as the day on which the remaining provisions of that Act commence.
