State Service (Restructuring) Order 2010

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister, make the following order under section 11 of the State Service Act 2000 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the State Service (Restructuring) Order 2010 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 21 July 2010.

3.   Amalgamation

The Tasmanian Community Fund Secretariat, part of the Department of Treasury and Finance, is amalgamated with the Department of Premier and Cabinet.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
