Proclamation under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2(1) of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Tasmania) Act 2010 fix 1 July 2010 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than sections 9 and 11 , commence.
