Proclamation under the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Amendment Act 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Taxi and Luxury Hire Car Industries Amendment Act 2009 fix 1 January 2010 as the day on which that Act commences.
