Local Government (Break O'Day and Glamorgan-Spring Bay Councils Elections) Order 2009
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, make the following order under section 268A(1A) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Break O'Day and Glamorgan-Spring Bay Councils Elections) Order 2009 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The Acts Interpretation Act 1931 applies to the interpretation of this order as if it were by-laws.
The day fixed as the closing day for the elections in respect of the Break O'Day Council and the Glamorgan-Spring Bay Council (which elections were postponed by the Local Government (Elections) Order 2009 ) is 22 December 2009.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.
