Trustee Companies Order 2009

I make the following order under section 4A(2) of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Trustee Companies Order 2009 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Act

In this order, the Trustee Companies Act 1953 is referred to as the Principal Act.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Trustee Companies Act 1953 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
