Proclamation under the Occupational Licensing Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Occupational Licensing Act 2005 fix 19 January 2009 as the day on which the provisions of that Act, other than the following provisions, commence:

(a) sections 7(1A) and (1B), 104(2) and (3), 106(1) and 107;

(b) Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 2;

(c) Parts 2 and 3 of Schedule 5;

(d) Part 1 of Schedule 6.
