Proclamation under the Legal Profession Act 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Legal Profession Act 2007 fix 31 December 2008 as the day on which the provisions of that Act that have not already commenced, other than section 661(2) , commence.
