Landslip (Wynyard) Amendment Order 2008

On the recommendation of the Director of Mines, I make the following order under section 161D(1)(b) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Landslip (Wynyard) Amendment Order 2008 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the thirtieth day after the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Landslip (Wynyard) Order 1975 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Landslip (Wynyard) Order 1975 .
