Proclamation under the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Transitional Arrangements and Consequential Amendments) Act 2007
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Monetary Penalties Enforcement (Transitional Arrangements and Consequential Amendments) Act 2007 fix 28 April 2008 as the day on which that Act commences.
