Mineral Resources Development (Revocation) Order 2007
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Revocation) Order 2007 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
The legislation specified in Schedule 1 is revoked.
