Proclamation under the Stolen Generations of Aboriginal Children Act 2006
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Stolen Generations of Aboriginal Children Act 2006 fix 15 January 2007 as the day on which that Act commences.
