Proclamation under the Trustee Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Trustee Legislation (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2006 fix 1 October 2006 as the day on which that Act commences.
