Proclamation under the Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Act 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electricity Supply Industry Amendment Act 2003 fix 3 August 2005 as the day on which sections 34, 38, 40 and 41 of that Act commence.
