Mineral Resources Development (Revocation) Order 2005
I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Revocation) Order 2005 .
This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.
3. Proclamation under Mining Act 1929 revoked
The proclamation under section 6(1)(b) of the Mining Act 1929 notified in the Gazette as Statutory Rules 1993, No. 266 is revoked.
