Proclamation under the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995
I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Electricity Supply Industry Act 1995 fix 20 July 2005 as the day on which Division 3 of Part 3 of that Act commences.
