I make the following order under section 79A of the Taxation Administration Act 1997 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Taxation Administration Amendment Order 2005 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Taxation Administration Order 2003 is referred to as the Principal Order.

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Taxation Administration Order 2003 .
