Local Government (Repeal of By-laws) Order 2005
I, the Administrator in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council and on the recommendation of the Minister Assisting the Premier on Local Government, make the following order under section 154(1)(b) of the Local Government Act 1993 .

This order may be cited as the Local Government (Repeal of By-laws) Order 2005 .
This order takes effect on 1 July 2005.
The by-laws specified in Schedule 1 to this order are repealed.
