Proclamation under the Civil Liability Amendment (Proportionate Liability) Act 2005

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Civil Liability Amendment (Proportionate Liability) Act 2005 fix 1 June 2005 as the day on which that Act commences.
