I make the following order under section 116 of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development (Fossicking Areas) Amendment Order 2003 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Principal Order

In this order, the Mineral Resources Development (Fossicking Areas) Order 1996 is referred to as the Principal Order.

4.   

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Mineral Resources Development (Fossicking Areas) Order 1996 .
