Proclamation under the Human Embryonic Research Regulation Act 2003

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Human Embryonic Research Regulation Act 2003 fix 1 December 2003 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
