Proclamation under the Child Protection (International Measures) Act 2003
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Child Protection (International Measures) Act 2003 fix 6 August 2003 as the day on which that Act commences.
