Proclamation under the Gas Infrastructure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2002
I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Gas Infrastructure (Miscellaneous Amendments) Act 2002 fix 1 July 2003 as the day on which Parts 1 , 2 and 3 of that Act commence.
