Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002

I make the following order under section 5(4) of the Mineral Resources Development Act 1995 .

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Mineral Resources Development Revocation Order 2002 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on 5 February 2003.

The amendment effected by this clause has been incorporated into the authorised version of the Mineral Resources Development (Exemption) Order 2002 .

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
