Proclamation under the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration Act 2000
I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Medical Radiation Science Professionals Registration Act 2000 fix 1 July 2002 as the day on which that Act commences.
