Local Government Order 2002

I make the following order under section 137 of the Local Government Act 1993 .

Premier

1.   Short title

This order may be cited as the Local Government Order 2002 .

2.   Commencement

This order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette.

3.   Transfer of land to council

The land situated at 47 High Street Mathinna in Tasmania and contained in a folio of the Register, within the meaning of the Land Titles Act 1980 , and shown in Certificate of Title, Volume 233456 Folio 3 is transferred to the Break O'Day Council.

Displayed and numbered in accordance with the Rules Publication Act 1953.
