Proclamation under the Collections for Charities Act 2001

I, the Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Collections for Charities Act 2001 fix 1 October 2001 as the day on which that Act commences.
