Proclamation under the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001

I, the Lieutenant-Governor in and over the State of Tasmania and its Dependencies in the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Executive Council, by this my proclamation made under section 2 of the Co-operative Schemes (Administrative Actions) Act 2001 fix 22 August 2001 as the day on which the provisions of that Act commence.
